Ingredients:
- 1 cup white lentils (urad dal)
- 1 cup yellow lentils (moong dal)
- 1 cup fresh yogurt (dahi)

- 2 cups water (for making the batter)
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped green chilies
- 1 teaspoon Dhameja Dahi Bada-Rayata Masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)
- A pinch of asafoetida (hing)
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
For Tempering:
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- A few curry leaves
- 1 dry red chili (optional)
For Garnishing:
- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped

Instructions:
- Soak the Lentils:
- In two separate bowls, soak the white lentils (urad dal) and yellow lentils (moong dal) for 4-5 hours to make them soft.
- Make the Batter:
- Drain the soaked lentils and grind them together to make a smooth batter. Add a little water if needed.
- To the batter, add grated ginger, finely chopped green chilies, Dhameja Dahi Bada-Rayata Masala, cumin seeds, asafoetida, and salt. Mix well.
- Fry the Badas:
